Peter grew up in Claremont where from an early age he watched his father build many
homes throughout the Southern Suburbs. These early experiences sparked a love for
Real Estate and with his natural people skills, he was motivated to join the industry
where he has enjoyed a rewarding career.
After a successful 27-year award-winning managerial position at a large national
property
agency, in 2008, Peter moved to a boutique style estate agency as joint principal. Using
his
wealth of knowledge Peter coached the team ensuring the highest standards of
business
practice.
Peter enjoys training estate agents in the art of selling property successfully, from legal
requirements to expert negotiation skills. He is also adept in assisting property
developers
with feasibility studies, property zoning and planning.
Peter loves cars and everything to do with them and says that in another life he would
have
become a Grand Prix driver! He enjoys the arts and in particular, music and theatre.
