Gert Schultz studied law at the Pretoria University and was admitted as an attorney
in 1997. In 2004 the property bug bit and he started with one of the big Companies
selling property in Sandton. In 2005 he took up the position of Legal and
Operational Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa of another International Company. He was also tasked with managing the agency. When the opportunity arose in 2013, he moved to Cape Town where he has been involved as a manager and agent in selling
property in the beautiful Constantia and it’s surrounds.
His legal background as an attorney and experience in the real estate market has given him a proven ability of successful negotiation skills, drawing up of contracts, legal assessments / opinions, sales and business development. He has
consistently achieved excellent results. He is accomplished in training and motivating
team members to provide a high level of client care and service. He believes that good team work and a hands-on approach to sales maintains high standards, good profits and harmony within the team.
