Claude was phenomenal in selling a Trust owned property Terrace Gardens in Edenvale. The transfer process was complicated as when the property was originally purchased the transfer was not registered at the deeds office. Claude was patient and worked with both seller and buyer for several months.\ Thanks Claude for your professional approach to selling property.\ Regards Wayne

We were truly blessed to have been appointed Claudette as our property agent when we decided to sell our family home of 19 years. From the outset, Claudette put us all at ease and gave us the the reassurance that all would go well. It took 7 months to find a suitable buyer and throughout the stressful process Claudette had become the calming force in the uncertainty while she relentlessly drove the marketing and secured the right buyer. Claudette was not just an agent; she became a part of the family. My 2 daughters grew so fond of Claudette including our 2 dogs who looked forward to the kisses and cuddles from her. Claudette is a truly dedicated and passionate agent. She handled the sale of our property with great professionalism combined with genuine and sincere care and compassion for us as a family. I highly recommend Claudette as an agent. She is one of a kind.

Thank you Claudette for your services earlier, with the sale of our home. Your knowledge of the property market, along with the processes, we have found to be invaluable. Your communication we really appreciated, which was without delay and informative. Should we ever need property guidance, then you are our “property friend” to contact.
